This page will be focused primarily on educating my readers on improving their lifestyle with strength training and nutrition. I love cooking and sharing recipes. FUN and EASY ways to keep healthy eating exciting! This site is a great way for my new clients to read a little more about me, get recipe ideas, and for my clients back home to continue to reach out for help with lifting videos and nutrition. Use the search bar to easily search for a certain type of recipe or blog post topic- located on every page for easy access.
I generally like to recommend a Paleo type approach to nutrition to most people because I have personally seen how it has changed my life and my clients' lives. But everyone has different goals, so there are plenty of variations. I now have access to different resources with my new company, but if you are not a Life Time Fitness member, please feel free to contact me and I can help you create a more personalized plan online.
As for Life Time members, we offer tons of different types of tests that will help us better plan your nutrition and exercise program.
