My page will be focused primarily on educating my readers on improving their lifestyle with strength training and nutrition. With my switch in companies, the main reason for this site now is for my new clients to read a little more about me, get recipe ideas and read interesting articles that I post- therefore, I have made some changes to this site. I generally like to recommend a Paleo type approach to nutrition to most people because I have personally seen how it has changed my life and my clients' lives. I now have access to different resources with my new company to design a more personalized program. If you are not a Life Time Fitness member, please feel free to contact me and I can help you create a more personalized plan online. :)
