I could eat the whole batch of broccoli right out of the oven- yum!
-A ton of broccoli cut into florets- as much as you want! I made 2 pans worth.
-Coconut oil, melted- to drizzle on top
-About 4-5 cloves of garlic, minced- optional (if you are in a hurry, you can easily get by with just the garlic powder)
-Garlic powder- to drizzle on top
-Salt and pepper, to taste.
Serve warm with some yummy protein and enjoy!!
