So if you are like me and track your macros religiously, then at the end of the recipe, I will explain how I made this so that I could track the rice. If you don't, the following steps will be the easiest! This can be made taco style or in a bowl!
Note- for tracking macros, I cooked the rice separately on the stove and then used a little of the left over sauce in the crockpot and stirred it in. Then scooped some out and placed onto the lettuce when I scooped out the chicken. Or measured everything out accordingly with the bowl route. :)
