(horrible lighting- sorry!) I threw sweet potatoes in the food processor to shred them (after they are peeled). Then I grilled tilapia on my Griddle at 350 degrees. I used lemon pepper and chipotle seasonings. The fish will be done when it easily comes apart with a fork! I also ate it with avocado on the side. Simple and easy! Enjoy!!
