This looks like a typical Sunday for us!
I get asked a lot for ideas and/or pics of our food that we prepare for the week. Well here is a couple!
Top picture has shrimp, pork chops, broccoli, cauliflower mashed potatoes, and a couple beef patties left over that aren't in the bottom tupperwares yet.
Bottom picture is veggies and beef patties! (Along with my IsoBag Cooler in the background) :) Best cooler ever. I don't know how I would survive without it!
But you MUST prepare your food to stay on track throughout the week! As much as I wish I had a warm fresh dinner every night, it just isn't possible with our schedules. If yours allows it- I'm jealous. I usually see the most eating out for lunch. Pack a cooler to work!!!!! You will feel better and more energized, and even save money!
